I placed an order and made a payment on Saturday, February 11, 2023, for a generator, but no one has reached out to me. On Tuesday, February 14, I shot off an email to inquire about the delivery timeline. The manager replied, saying I needed to send a copy of my passport and a council tax letter with my delivery address (which is kinda odd, but I went ahead and sent them). Then the manager mentioned that my name didn’t match the one on the council tax letter, but that wasn’t a requirement.

Now it’s Tuesday, February 21, and it’s been 10 days, yet I still haven’t seen my money returned. No one has responded to my inquiries.

This has been a really frustrating experience.

This business really dropped the ball on communication. There was zero heads-up about the delivery, and I didn’t get any notice after it arrived. I just stumbled upon the product sitting on my driveway. Plus, there was no alert that the engine sump was empty of oil, which could've led to a real mess if I hadn’t taken a look. Not happy at all!

I bought a Lumag STM450 Masonry saw, which was listed as available on their site. I made my order on 05/02/2023, and now it’s been a week without any shipping update. I called them twice during the week, and each time they promised someone would reach out, but no one did. I even opted for priority shipping, which turned out to be useless... Just steer clear!

I placed an order for a generator from HWB Car Parts on November 28, 2022, thinking it would arrive in a few days since their site claims the item is 'In stock'. The order confirmation mentioned 'Free UK Delivery (3-5 working days)'.

On December 1, I got an email from HWB Car Parts saying, 'We have allocated one of these limited units for you to ensure you receive one this month.' But since then, I've heard nothing. I've asked for updates, but I'm still in the dark about when my order will actually show up.

After a long wait trying to reach them, they finally informed me it would show up around Christmas. Well, guess what? I still haven't received the generator, and there’s been zero communication from them. I'm really angry about this!

It’s been a couple of months since I ordered, and I’m looking to cancel my purchase. Just waiting on that refund now.

The seller provided fantastic assistance, handling the order and overcoming the challenge of getting it delivered on time.

If you're on the hunt for a Hyundai, grab it from these folks. They're super friendly and really accommodating.

Customer support is really lacking. They don’t respond to my emails at all. My items were supposed to be here by now. I’m not even sure if my generator has been shipped.

HWB had three models in their Hyundai lineup, and their online team was super helpful, answering all my queries. The mower showed up at my place just two days after I ordered it. Awesome service!
